A couple of posts back I mentioned juicing and while I did do that for a few days, I still wanted to stay with the healthy trend, so this morning I made a green smoothie that was delicious!

It was a handful of organic baby spinach I purchased from Whole Foods, crushed pineapple that I froze in an ice cube tray and used 6, about 1/4 cup of water, and a whole banana. I blended until smooth, and let me tell you, you could only taste the banana and pineapple and not the spinach. 

Will you ever try a green smoothie?

I know it looks weird, but like I said earlier, it was delicious.
