Blueberry and Banana Spinach Smoothie
- 1/4 cup of Skim Milk
- 1 whole medium-sized banana (the riper the sweeter the banana)
- 1 handful of Organic Baby Spinach
- 1/4 cup of 0% fat-free Plain Greek Yogurt (I used Greek Gods from Whole Foods)
- 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds (I buy the dark ones from the loose bulk size isle at Whole Foods. These are a great source for omega-3, lowers blood sugar, and fills you more which leads to weight loss. These actually expand in your stomach making you feel fuller.)
