Hi readers!

So I spent about 2 hours on Sunday prepping food for the week. I recently bought a food scale which let’s me weigh my food and actually get to the suggested serving size recommended on the labels.

I bagged chicken into little sandwich baggies that weigh between 4.0-4.9 ounces. 

Today I made chicken, veggies, and rice. A total of 233 calories for dinner cooked with PAM non-stick spray. No salt just with a crushed pepper for seasoning.
