Hi readers!

I haven't done a review on a Birchbox recently, mostly because I haven't been that happy with the samples. However, this month totally had ALL MY FAVORITES!

I was able to choose the curated box for April, and it happened to be the Mad Men collection. It contained my favorite Whish Shaving Cream (I was sent one before and loved it!), Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyebrow Gel, Beauty Protector (hair oil is a curly hair girls dream!), Cargo Water Resistant Bush, and my new favorite product, the Liz Earle Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion.

What's so great about this eye lotion? It "depuffs" your eyes! Long nights or hard time sleeping usually makes for puffy eyes and then makes it hard for me to wear contacts, so this really helps out that situation! I'll probably end up buying the full-size version. It's a bit disappointing that it's not available in department stores.

Below are some photos of the samples in the Birchbox April collaboration with Mad Men.

I have more stuff coming! Can't wait to share it with y'all.
Until next time,
Felipa xoxo
Hi there readers! Hope everyone enjoyed their Friday today, I know I did! It started REALLY EARLY. It was my day off (holiday) so I was going to sleep in, yeah, that didn't happen. I ended up going to Starbucks with my cousin (but coffee first) and then I went to wash my SUV. It looked gross thanks to some birds.

Following that, we decided it would be good to take some photo's with my new Canon, you can read all about that here. We did a little driving around Dallas with stops at the Margret Hunt Hill Bridge, Bishop Arts District, and ended up in Addison to grab some lunch, and well do some day drinking.

I love being a "tourist" in my own city, my cousin, who is originally from the metroplex, actually came to back home for a week. She lives down in Houston now, but she's yet to go to some major key attractions here in Dallas, so that is exactly what we did today, explored Dallas. Below are some photo's from today's adventure.

What did y'all today? Let me know in the comments!
Felipa xoxo
